WATHNAKPHEAP(WP), Cambodian NGO supporting disadvantaged children and their families through its Community-Based Child Development Program in Pursat since 1993, Svay Rieng since late 2004, and in Siem Reap since late 2005.

WP has been working on its program of Community-based Rehabilitation and Development of Children and Youth who have been and at risk of trafficking and labor exploitation in the remote communities of the District of Svay Chrum, Chantrea and Kompong Ror of Svay Rieng Province.

WP is seeking a candidate to fulfil the position of Project Accountant to be base in Svay Rieng Province.

Position: Project Accountant
Location: Svay Rieng
Deadline: 05 December 2005

Responsibilities:

Is responsible for maintaining finance and administration tasks of the project and reporting directly to the PrM.

Candidates will ideally fulfill the following criteria:

» Cambodia citizen.
» Bachelor's degree in accounting or 2-3 years relevant experiences.
» Strong experience in the field of finance with NGO and good knowledge of computer (MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks).
» Good written and spoken English.
