   Fishpond Productions has completed about ten video projects during its initial year of operation.

   According to Tida, one of two young men receiving on-the-job training in camera operation and computer-based video editing, "Each new video is better than the others."

   As business increases, Fishpond Productions hopes to hire and train eight Cambodians.

One synonym for "small business" is "venture." One step further, synonyms for venture include "undertaking, endeavor, scheme, gamble and risk." Venture is an appropriate word for small business schemes in Cambodia. AdVenture Cambodia will implement somewhat risky schemes aimed at training and employing Cambodian people currently without jobs but willing to work hard.
