Institutional Development Program
CSARO goal:
Strengthen CSARO staff capacity for greater
effectiveness.

Capacity building training |
Performance appraisal and staff development
CSARO's most important asset is its staff, and the IDP ensures that
staff are continually developed in their skills as they work with
communities. Each member of staff has an annual performance appraisal,
in which they work together with the Human Resources Department to
reflect on their successes and areas for training. Also critical is the
probation program for each new member of staff in which they are
orientated to CSARO's vision and values as well as being trained in
their new role.
